Hey. Good morning kids. I went for my spinal tap yesterday. It was different for the first time ever. I was taken to ( what appeared to be ) a hospital room that held 2 beds with food trays. The doctor & nurse told me to sit on the edge of the bed.? Nurse said to bend forward , reach for the sky, hunch my back like a cat, push my back against the doctors chin? Doctor said " Brenda, this is going to hurt like h.e.l.l. HE WASN'T KIDDING . When the first needle entered to freeze my back near my waist line , I said oh f.u.c.k. Doc said " I warned you. I had to sit straight up & grasp table ( as instructed before first needle) The nurse kept a firm grasp on 1 shoulder & held pulled my shoulders straight. The second needle I jerked. Damn.in total I had 7 needles. Two for freezing. It was the most excruciating pain I have ever endured. As I was leaving the doctor said to call if the pain in my spine persisted. I doubt I ever will as I have no desire to go through that again. We discussed that I will go in the pain clinic for many years. I replied you're kidding , right ? He said no Brenda. You have the worst spine I have ever seen in all my years doing this. We talked about the arthritis and my severe osteoporosis..i walked nimbly in pain to grocery store. The pain following me. I walked about 3/4 of a mile when it became so painful I had to catch a cab home. Somehow I put dinner on. The freezing was coming off. Finally I walked Chloe a little way down the street. She was so elated. Juniper, what garment to buy for that won't cost much in white color Cody Rennebohm and Donavan weren't home till much later. Shawn Rennebohm was at work. Jennifer Rennebohm was no where around ( I didn't hear that she was in her room) ..unfortunately the pain followed me all night. I'm a little bit better today but sure won't be doing any laundry or lifting anything. It's a brisk cold day of 1 Celsius. Snow has been predicted. I was to take juniper to get shots today but everyone is still sleeping...oh no...its an early morning appointment. This is going to be a slow, lazy day. FINALLY spoke to a real person and not a machine regarding my dishwasher. I am expected to hear about it with in days. The repair man that is going to estimate the costs to repair counter top is scheduled within a few days. So things are finally falling into space. Talk later..take care.
