Thought of eliminating gendered awards for 100k+ races with the idea of reducing stereotype threat as much as possible but didn't get much input so the status quo will not change this year...

The poll did reveal however that either 1)guys can't read well or 2)more of my friends identify as female than I realized because more biologic men voted than women on a question posed "to the female runners... " hmm... haha cowgirl wedding items for a country wedding
